• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Pricing: Access to Cachething’s services requires a subscription. Current pricing is available on our Pricing Page.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
